Terms of Service
The agreement between you and GAICOMTEL SRL for the use of PDFSummaryReport.
Last updated 26 July 2026 · GAICOMTEL SRL
1. Who you are contracting with
PDFSummaryReport (“the Service”) is operated by GAICOMTEL SRL (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record and the reseller of the Service. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction itself. Paddle, not us, is the name that appears on your card statement.
2. The Service
The Service accepts documents you upload, extracts figures and text from them using an automated model, and renders a single-page branded report as a PDF or image. Reports are generated from what the document contains; we do not verify the accuracy of source documents, and we do not check the output for correctness.
Automated output is not advice. Reports are produced by a language model and may contain errors, omissions or misreadings — including in numbers. You are responsible for reviewing every report before relying on it, publishing it, or sending it to anyone else. The Service is not a substitute for financial, legal, accounting or professional advice.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account belongs to one workspace. Sharing credentials so that several people use one account is not permitted.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
- Tell us promptly at info@mail.thepdfreport.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Plans, credits and billing
The Service is sold on a subscription. Each plan includes an allowance of credits; generating one report consumes one credit. Swapping templates, changing brand colours and re-downloading a report you have already generated are free — they do not re-read the document and do not consume a credit.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The credit allowance is reset to the plan’s allowance on each paid invoice — unused credits do not roll over into the next period.
- Trial. Where a free trial is offered it requires a valid payment card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken automatically. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for exactly how and when to cancel.
- Prices. Prices are shown in your local currency where Paddle supports it, and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and sales tax as displayed at checkout. Paddle determines and remits the applicable tax.
- Failed payment. If a payment fails we may suspend report generation until the balance is settled. Your data is not deleted for a failed payment.
- Changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change takes effect for an existing subscription; you may cancel before it does.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in the documents you upload and the reports generated from them (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — which includes sending document content to our processing sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy.
We do not use Your Content to train models, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone other than the sub-processors needed to run the Service.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that doing so does not breach any duty of confidentiality, contract or law that applies to you.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- upload content you have no right to process, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
- upload material that is unlawful, or that depicts or facilitates abuse;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the limits of the Service, including its credit metering;
- access another customer’s workspace, or attempt to;
- resell the Service, or run it as a backend for a competing product, without our written agreement;
- use automated means to create accounts or claim trials repeatedly.
We may apply rate limits and fair-use caps to protect the Service. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, and where the breach is serious we may do so without notice.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not commit to a service level. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons outside our control, or because a third-party provider we depend on is down. There is no uptime credit.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may terminate this agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a breach of section 6 or non-payment. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted in line with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel.
9. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of or damage to data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
